Т-75.01 (Т-800)

The industrial crawler tractor of drawbar category 75 is equipped with bulldozer and loosening equipment. That is the most heavy bulldozer Т-800 (Т-75.01) all over the mainland of working weight 106 t including the equipment weight 29.5 t. The tractor is designed with 820-horsepower diesel engine 6ДМ-21Т with gas turbine charging and cooling of the supercharging air (intercooler).

Such an athlete creation is the result of the increasing production rates both in construction and mining engineering where the heavy high-performance machines are required while the standard bulldozers are not able to perform some operations.

The tractor Т-75.01 is designed to develop the extra heavy frozen and rocky grounds in the metal mining industry (minerals mining by open-cut method), to perform the big amount of earth-moving works in road building, and in the other branches under different climatic conditions. When carrying out the overburden operations the blasting is not allowed.

Transmission

The hydraulic mechanical transmission comprises a single-step three-wheel torque converter, a cardan gear and an assembly unit consisting of the planetary three-shaft gearbox and swivel, stop brakes, two-stage tapered reduction gears with a pair of spur straight-tooth pinion, planetary row, and transmission hydraulic system.

The gearbox provides with four forward gears and with two reverse gears.

The disk-type friction clutches of the gearbox, swinging mechanism and the stop brakes are slushed during the operation: they do not require to be adjusted.

The turn control is performed with two levers set on the run control board.

When the diesel engine runs the brakes are engaged with a stop brake pedal. The automatic emergency braking is provided when the diesel engine stops unexpectedly.
